Rest is the best therapy 🌷 take time for self healing and recharge your inner self. 🦋Sometimes I feel guilty for just lying in bed for the day but then bed rest is part of recovery and we need to recover so we can fight the battle that have been forced or given to us. Feeling happy and positive today but I’m still going to have a bed day and a nap while watching my favourite films. 🎬 also my eyelashes and eyebrows have left the building! I’m having to start excepting change to my body and appearance!
